How big are the banners?
Currently we offer two sizes of banner:
Large….6 feet x 2 feet (180cm x 60cm)
Standard….17 inches x 51 inches (43cm x 127cm)
Will my banner have a border?
Yes, all banners have a discreet white border.
When will I get my banner?
Normal delivery should be within 5 to 7 days of us receiving your order.
I’ve made a mistake on my banner- what do I do?
Mistakes happen, we understand that. Although you will be prompted several times to check your banner for spelling mistakes before you complete your order, phone or email immediately. We will do our best to halt printing.
If you receive your printed banner and there is mistake in the spelling of a name, we are very sorry but we cannot refund your payment, as outlined in the terms and conditions you agreed to when purchasing your banner.
I can’t fit all my words in – what do I do?
If you can’t fit all the words you want into your banner you can:
a. Try changing the font to a smaller size.
b. Try changing to a different font style.
Can I upload my own picture to use on the banner?
Yes! Our easy-to-use interface will guide you through the process of uploading your own photos. Please note that during the order processing and printing procedures, your photo may be seen by a number of staff members. In uploading your photo to our site you agree to allow your image to be seen within the confines of Party Bannerz HQ. We will not sell or distribute your uploaded image. It will only be used for the purpose of printing your personalised banners. Your photo should ideally be at least 1200 x 1200 pixels in physical size or 2MB in file size.
Can I use your banner images for my own site?
No, all banner designs are the property of Party Bannerz and any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
What are banners made of?
INDOOR banners are printed on photo quality paper. OUTDOOR banners are printed on waterproof scrim banner material.
Will my banner be waterproof?
INDOOR banners are not, OUTDOOR banners are.
Changing your text colours
Choose the colour of your text by clicking on the different colour choices. TIP: If your text disappears when you change backgrounds, try changing the text colour to a colour that will contrast with the background. Try experimenting with your colours and background to find the combination that works for you!
Can I return a banner?
We are very proud of our banners and always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Party Bannerz purchase. If, for any reason, your items arrive damaged we will make every effort to ensure a replacement banner arrives in time for your party or event. We work hard to make sure our banners are of the highest quality and proof every banner before it leaves our premises. If, however, there is a print mistake on your order or if the print quality is unsatisfactory we will happily reprint the banner or refund your money.
Spelling mistakes can happen and this is why we prompt you to carefully check your banner before confirming and purchasing your banner. Banner text cannot be changed once an order has been received, and because each banner is unique to the person creating and buying it, we cannot sell the banner again to a different customer. Therefore if you receive a banner with spelling mistakes we are unable to provide a refund, as you are recognised as having confirmed that the text was correct when you agreed to purchase.
If returning a damaged / faulty print quality banner please return it in the original packaging, with a letter explaining the problem and a copy of your original paperwork. Please use a recorded delivery service if possible.
I have received my banner and it has a spelling mistake on it

How do I hang up my banner?
Our INDOOR banners can be easily hung by small amounts of sticky tape/blue tack or drawing pins. OUTDOOR banners can be fitted with eyelets by us, you can order this service at our add ons section.
Can I cancel my banner order?
If, for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order you must inform us immediately via email at:info@partybannerz.com If your banner has not gone into production, we will cancel the order and refund your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I change my font style?
Choose from our varied drop-down list the style of font you want to appear on your banner. TIP: Different fonts take up different amounts of space so try a few out to make your text fit better! TIP: If your words don`t fit, try a different font style.
